Jose has been with Little Bethel and David Clayton & Sons Funeral Home for 1 and a half years, serving primarily at Little Bethel Memorial Park. Jose truly enjoys the customer service aspect of his position. His favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend time with his family.

Family Service Counselor/Assistant Sales Director
Tom has been in the funeral industry for almost 15 years working throught the Dallas/FT. Worth area. Tom takes great pride in his work and especially his in-depth cemetery knowledge and expertise. Tom finds great satisfaction in helping families in their most trying times. Outside of work Tom enjoys all kinds of sports and spending time with his family.

Shirley Pemberton Gilreath
Community Service Counselor
Shirley has been with the funeral home for almost two years now. She finds her job to be a true calling in being able to assist families in their time of grief. Shirley is a member of the Cedar Hill Chamber of Commerce and a Cedar Hill native. Outside of work Shirley enjoys nothing more than to spend quality time with her grandchildren and family.

Jeannie has been with David Clayton and Little Bethel for 12 years and truly loves her work with our families. Jeannie is a life long Duncanville resident and a graduate of Duncanville High. Outside of work Jeannie enjoys spending time with her family and supporting the Duncaville VFW.

Stephanie has been with the company now for 6 years. She and her family reside in Duncanville. She feels a true calling to this industry and is very proud to say she takes great pride in all that she does to serve our families. Outside of work Stephanie and her family enjoy camping and movies.

David Navarrete
General Manager / Funeral Director
David has been with the funeral home and cemetery now for one year. David has been a funeral director for 16 years and truly enjoys every aspect of his work. David is a member of various civic organizations in Duncanville and Cedar Hill and is a contributor to the Duncanville Youth Athletic Organizations. He also was recognized as a Latino's "Who'sWho 2011" for acheivement in promoting excellence as a Latino funeral director.

John "Dick" Rittenberry
Funeral Assistant
Dick has been with the company for 20 years this year. He is a life long resident of Duncanville and life long member of First United Methodist Church of Duncanville. Dick has devoted countless hours of volunteer work in Duncanville and within the church. He is a former business owner in Duncanville as well, owning a floral shop with his wife Mary Jane Rittenberry. Outside of work Dick enjoys fishing and gardening.

Cemetery / Funeral Home Maintenance Foreman
Ben has been with David Clayton & Little Bethel for 13 years. Ben takes enormous pride in the appearance of the cemetery and funeral home grounds. Ben feels that a positive attitude is essential to conquer anything. It is special to Ben to spend time talking to and helping families on a daily basis at the cemetery. Outside of work Ben loves spending time with his family and watching sports.
